Prairie weather is hard on glass.
Windows here get dirtier faster than in most places, and the reasons are pretty local.
A steady prairie wind carries dust from fields, gravel roads and new construction. It builds up fastest on the south- and west-facing sides of the house.
Melting snow and rain splash dirt up onto the lower panes, patio doors and window wells, and it all dries into a brown film.
Sprinklers leave white mineral spots on basement and main-floor windows. If you wait too long, they can etch into the glass permanently.
Regina's big old trees are beautiful, but in late spring they clog screens, tracks and gutters.
When gutters are full going into winter, water backs up, freezes, and turns into ice dams and overflow right beside your foundation.
Outside work really only runs April to October here, so every good date matters. That's why the waitlist books first.

Light rain doesn't stop a window clean, since clean glass sheds rain better than dirty glass. But if there's heavy rain, lightning, high wind or freezing temperatures, we'll text you and move you to the next open day at no charge.
We wear shoe covers inside, put drop cloths under every window, bag gutter debris instead of dumping it, and close every gate behind us. Just let us know about pets.

When can I book?
Bookings open in spring 2027, as soon as it's reliably above freezing (usually April). The waitlist gets the booking link first, before we announce it anywhere else.
Why a waitlist instead of booking now?
Outside glass can't be cleaned properly in a Saskatchewan winter. The waitlist lets us plan crews and routes by neighbourhood before the season starts. That keeps travel time down, which keeps prices down, and it means you get a date that actually works for you.
Does joining cost anything or commit me to anything?
No. There's no payment, no deposit and no obligation. You'll get an email when bookings open, and you can unsubscribe with one click anytime.
How much does window cleaning cost?
It depends on your home: how many windows and panes, how many storeys, which level you choose (outside only, inside & out, or full detail), and any add-ons like screens or hard-water removal. Tell us about your home above and we'll send your exact price the day bookings open. Founding members get 15% off their first clean.
Do I need to be home?
For outside-only work, no. Just leave the gates unlocked and tell us about any pets. For inside cleaning, someone needs to let us in, or you can leave access instructions like you would for a house clean.
How often should windows be cleaned in Regina?
Twice a year works for most homes: spring, after the dust and snowmelt, and fall, before winter. Homes on busy roads, near fields or next to new construction often want a mid-summer touch-up too.
Do you clean screens and tracks?
Yes, with our full detail level. Screens are taken out, washed one at a time and put back. Tracks are vacuumed, scrubbed and dried, and weep holes are cleared. If we find torn screens or broken clips, we'll let you know.
Can you remove hard-water spots?
Usually, yes, especially sprinkler spots that haven't been there long. Mineral deposits that have sat on the glass for years can etch it permanently. We test a small spot first and tell you what to expect before you pay for anything.
How high can you go?
Bungalows, bi-levels and two-storey homes are standard. For three-storey homes, walkouts on a slope, or windows over a steep roof, tell us when you fill out your details and we'll confirm how we'll reach them safely before you book.
What if it rains right after you clean?
That's what the 7-day rain-check promise is for. If rain spots your freshly cleaned outside glass within 7 days, text us and we'll come back to touch it up for free.
What happens if the weather's bad on my day?
We keep an eye on the forecast. Light rain is fine, but if heavy rain, lightning, high wind or freezing temperatures are on the way, we'll text you and move you to the next open day. There's never a fee for weather changes.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
At least once a year, in fall after the leaves drop. If you have big elms, cottonwoods or maples over your roof, twice a year (spring and fall) will keep water from backing up into ice dams.
Will pressure washing damage my surfaces?
We match the pressure to the surface: more for concrete, less for wood and pavers, and a low-pressure soft wash for siding so water isn't forced behind it. If something looks fragile, we'll tell you before we start.
Do you clean windows for businesses?
Yes. We offer storefront and office glass on a weekly, every-two-weeks or monthly route. Most businesses pair it with our commercial cleaning so they only deal with one company.
Can I book house cleaning now?
Yes. House cleaning is booking year-round. You can price it online in 60 seconds, and a spring deep clean pairs really well with your first window visit.
