Is the price really flat?
Yes. Your quote is based on home size and what you pick, not how long it takes. No extra charge if the job runs long.
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of clients leave a lockbox code or key. Add access notes when you book and we'll confirm by text.
Deep clean vs. standard, which do I need?
If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in the last 30 days, go deep for the first visit. Recurring cleans after that are standard.
What don't you clean?
Outdoor areas, biohazards, and junk removal beyond a few trash bags. For high spots, have a step stool ready. Our cleaners can't bring ladders.
When do I pay?
After your clean. You add a card when you book to lock in your spot, and it's only charged once the job is done. Nothing is charged upfront.
Can I reschedule?
