How it works

- We clean, you check the photos. Your insured cleaner brings everything, works through our checklist, and sends before-and-after photos. The card is charged only after the job is marked done.

Does the home need to be empty?
Yes, or close to it. Furniture and boxes get in the way of the inside-cabinet and wall work. If you still have a few items, mention it in the booking notes.
Will this pass my landlord's inspection?
Our checklist is built from what Regina landlords and property managers check: appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, baseboards and walls. You get before-and-after photos of every job.
Can you do it the day before I hand in keys?
Usually, yes. Book as early as you can; move-out dates at month-end fill up first.
Do you clean the garage or outside?
Not as part of the move-out clean. Ask us about it when you book and we'll quote it separately.
